Elle propose un programme de s\u00e9ances structur\u00e9 et cadr\u00e9 pour permettre d atteindre les objectifs que l on s est fix\u00e9s dans\n un temps d\u00e9fini, tout en \u00e9tant en mesure de l adapter en fonction de l \u00e9volution de la situation ou des besoins. Alix est une praticienne professionnelle, a l’\u00e9coute de ses patients. J’ai eu la chance de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d’un programme d’une dizaine de s\u00e9ance de sophrologie \u00e0 ses cot\u00e9s. Il s’agissait d’une initiation car je n’en avais jamais fait\n auparavant mais elle a su me mettre \u00e0 l’aise d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but, et me proposer une approche en ad\u00e9quation avec mes besoins. Grace \u00e0 son accompagnement, j’ai pu retrouver une certaine stabilit\u00e9 et aborder mes grossesses plus sereinement\n notamment. Je ne remercierai jamais assez Alix Delaunay pour ce suivi. J’y ai d\u00e9couvert la magnifique pratique qu’est la sophrologie, mais surtout une nouvelle mani\u00e8re de penser les choses. Il n’est jamais trop tard ni trop t\u00f4t, pour se pr\u00e9occuper\n de son bien \u00eatre et \u00e7a commence par la sophrologie \ud83d\ude42\n
